It all started with an idea to bring gourmet food to the food truck scene with a classy twist on an American classic. With passion, we strive to provide high quality food from a food truck to the fast growing community around us. 

 Based Out of Springfield, Missouri. 

 We always try to provide the best service possible. Always smiling and greeting our customers, Ensuring our food is presentable and worth the wait!  In addition, We would also love to work within our surrounding community in order to help make a change for people in need!

We offer different variations of our take on an American classic, the baked potato. Each gourmet 'hot potato' is served with a garlic butter-substitute, allowing for both vegetarian and meat lovers to enjoy our products!
